The hotel is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Arrival and departure:
1. Check-in and check-in times from 14:00. Departure time and settlement time – 12:00.
2. Early arrival (after 9.00) and late check-out (before 18.00) is provided only if the booked room is free and properly prepared for check-in. There is no additional charge.
You can also leave your belongings at the hotel, have a coffee, eat or just walk around the city.
If necessary, in agreement with the hotel and the availability of seats, early check-in is possible at other times for 50% of the room rate.
- Check-in until 14:00 is an additional paid service and is available subject to availability.
- For early check-in from 06:00 to 14:00 payment is made in the amount of 50% of the room rate for one billing day, if there are free rooms on the day of arrival.
- For hotel stays less than a day, payment is made for the full settlement day.
- Check-out after 12:00 is an additional service provided if rooms are available and paid at 50% of the cost of the day of stay (services provided) only until 20:00, check-out after 20:00 is paid as for one billing day.
3. Breakfast is served in the hotel cafe from 7:00 to 11:00 – continental and ready breakfast according to the menu.
4. The hotel room is provided to the guest only upon presentation of a passport or other identity document. Before check-in, you can use the online check-in service on our website. The online registration service will save you time and money. The hotel reserves the right to refuse services to guests who have not presented their ID or refused to pay for their stay.
Terms of payment:
Settlements on the territory of Ukraine are made exclusively in the national currency.
- Payment for accommodation and tourist tax is made in advance or directly upon arrival for the entire period of stay.
- Guests who do not have benefits for the Tourist Tax are obliged to pay it in the amount set by the relevant authorities in Ukraine. Guests who are eligible for the Tourist Tax are provided with copies of supporting documents for this benefit.
Cancellation:
1. In case of cancellation within 1 day before the date of arrival, penalties do not apply.
2. In case of cancellation after the specified period or in case of no-show, 100% of the first night of stay will be charged.

Accommodation:
1. Children under 6 stay for free in the same room with their parents without extra bed.
2. Visiting the room is allowed from 7:00 to 23:00. It is forbidden to leave them alone in the room, give them the keys to the room and leave the door of the room open.
3. From 23:00 to 07:00 in the morning inside the hotel and on the territory it is necessary to observe a regime of silence. It is forbidden to turn on the audio system and TVs at high volume in the rooms at this time.
4. The guest is obliged to reimburse the hotel in case of loss or damage to hotel property, and is responsible for violations caused by the invited persons. The amount of damage is determined by the administration.
5. It is not recommended to leave money and jewelry in the room. The hotel is not responsible for loss of money, other valuables (securities, jewelry, etc.).
6. In case of loss of personal belongings from the room immediately report what happened to the hotel to take action.
7. In case of finding the forgotten things of the Guest, the Hotel immediately notifies the owner, if he is known. Forgotten things are stored in the hotel for 6 months. After this period and the owner of the forgotten items is not identified, the Hotel has the right to dispose of these items.
8. Guests are obliged to follow the rules of fire safety, in particular it is forbidden: to use personal electric heaters in the room, to bring and store bulky things, flammable materials, weapons, chemical and radioactive devices and materials that are life-threatening and the health of others and yourself.
9. Guests are required to adhere to the code of conduct regarding COVID-19, not to interfere with actions aimed at disinfection against COVID-19
10. It is forbidden to use hotel equipment and rooms for other purposes in the Hotel.
11. Accommodation with animals (fish, birds, reptiles, etc.) is prohibited in the Hotel without the consent of the hotel administration. In case of concealment of this fact (accommodation of the pet in the room) a penalty of 1 one day stay in the hotel room is charged.
12. According to the Law of Ukraine №4844-VI of 24.05.2012, smoking of tobacco products, electronic cigarettes and hookahs is prohibited on the hotel territory (in rooms, halls, cafes, corridors). A fine of UAH 1,000 is charged for smoking the above products in prohibited places. For systematic violation of this rule, the hotel has the right to evict the guest from the hotel without refund.
13. The hotel has the right to terminate the contract (to carry out eviction without refund for accommodation) if the consumer violates the conditions of residence in the hotel.
14. On-site parking with video surveillance is available, where the Guest can leave his car on arrival at the “Orangerie” absolutely free of charge. The hotel is not responsible for damage to the guest’s car or other cars that were in the parking lot or hotel area.
15. Guests can use the services of the sauna and beauty salon at a reduced price.
16. The hotel has a book of reviews and suggestions, which is located at the hotel reception. You can also leave reviews on the hotel’s website, in Booking, on Google Maps. No reviews are deleted. By signing the registration card, the consumer agrees to the Hotel to collect, process and use his personal data to ensure the implementation of economic, administrative, tax relations, relations in the field of accounting, auditing and statistics, etc. in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Protection”. data “.
